I read a few of the reviews and like myself we all experienced terrible terrible support.
Only sales is in the United States and I wonder how much longer that will remain!
I bought a very high end
computer (this has been my 6th from
Dell and my last!!!)
I was so disgusted that I actually wrote a letter to Mr.
Dell but most likely that went to India as well!!!
As everyone with a complaint has stated these people DO NOT HAVE A CLUE! I do not know if they are stupid or just do not understand English.
I will never ever buy another Dell product -- PERIOD!
I think the next computer I will buy will be from Best Buy and then have a
warranty with the Geek Squad.
Fortunately I returned the defective product within 21 days but had to immediately buy another (otherwise there would be a restocking fee). I have 2
computers over 2,000 each on my credit card. They manage to put it on immediately but still weeks later they have not credited my account back for the full amount. 4
customer service people in India were contacted and still I do not have have the full credit. What is the point of having
customer service or
tech support if they are of no use whatsoever!
Dell can just save themselves a lot of money and their customer base aggravation by disbanding it entirely and perhaps communicate with the US by email.
