Allied Home warranty Complaint - The Worst Company Ever - AC Unit
AC Unit - Complaint
HOUSTON, TEXAS -- We have a warranty cover with this company they screwed us twice, first with the heater furnace they they did not cover saying that it was a pre-existing condition although this is not stated in the contract and the second time with our AC unit they recommended a company that wanted to charge us $850 extra for stuff that doesn't need to be changed, and they wouldn't allow us to find someone else or re-reimburse us although this is stated in the contract.
This is the worst warranty company ever, no one should work with them they are liars.

My 1 1/2 ton unit they wanted to replace and charge me for uncovered items was $850.00 and they were going to put in a fedder unit. I priced them online from 499.00 to 547.00 then I got a quote from an independant comnpany of 400.00 to install. the uncovered items they wanted to charge me for like removal of old unit, acid wash, things I could do myself they were still going to charge me for wether or not the work was done by the tech. Hear me? Charge me for work not done. File on the better buisness Bureau at bbb.org and ALSO consumer protection division of the Office of the Attorney General at www.oag.state.tx.org.
