I brought this laptop back October last year and only lasted for 31 days and had nothing but problems ever since I brought it and top of that I have a Dell account and they charge too much Interest so I will probably never pay the balance off. I am having problems now with virsus and now they are telling me I have pay $129.00 after I just paid $149.00 for tech-support when I thought I was receiving tech-suppor through my warranty.

And now it seems if I don't pay more money my computer doesn't get fixed what happened quality of care toward consumers? And on top of that the warranty doesn't includ software or even hardware and I thought it did so I was misinformed and basically ripped off. They don't care about their consumers they just about money and deliverin a sale. Dell to me is like a business from HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't buy a Dell!!!!!!!!!!!! And they say they will fix your computer but at a price don't get fooled by Dell!!!!!!!!!!!I think I may take them to court if they don't fix my laptop!!!!!!!!!!!! Tracy Rogers
