I am fed up with
Dell. I accepted a new job working from home, but needed a new
computer. I ordered one from Dell & they gave me a ship date.
On the day it was supposed to ship, they sent me an email saying that it would be delayed over a week. SAY WHAT?! How is it possible that they didn't know it would be late until the very last day? Now I'm up a creek - I need to start work but won't have a computer to do it on.
I wrote back and asked what the problem was and whether we could make some changes to get it to ship faster. The only answer was "do you want to cancel the order, or not?"
If they can't tell me what went wrong, or work with me to fix it - they're not getting my money.
