I made my reservations on-line. When a van arrived at my hotel in Baltimore my name wasn't on his pick-up list. He refused to let me on the van with no explanation. He did say another van would be along to pick me up but he didn't say what time. When I told him that I would miss my fight he called the dispatcher and an argument between the driver and dispatcher ensued. The driver became very agitated and shoved his phone in my face, while yelling at me to tell the dispatcher my name. With the pleading of the other van passages I was able to get on the van and arrive at the airport on time for my flight but it was very embarrasssing to be treated this way. The driver was very rude.
