I would encourage anyone looking for downsized furniture to consider Simplicity Sofas. The order arrived a week earlier than expected and was constructed very easily...we were pleasantly surprised. The fabric I ordered was standard grade but it is beautiful. The slipcover is also beautiful and covers nicely. I highly recommend this to anyone!
