SANTA BARBARA, CALIFORNIA -- Beware of this company. They do not tell you the complete cost, which is $89.95. Then they say that they will charge your credit card 12.95 for the 30 day trial, and if you decide to return it, they will refund the 12.95. This is not correct. The invoice states that the 12.95 is the first installment, but after returning the product, they say that the 12.95 was for shipping and handling, which they do not refund. So this is how the company makes money!I reported them to the BBB, but they still insist that the 12.95 was for S&H and will not be returned, so BEWARE!!!! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!see complaint#16026152 filed with the BBB in Santa Barbara CA. If the offer says "Risk Free for 30 days", why are you keeping the money when it gets returned?
Your customer service reps should be trained to let customers know that the 12.95 is for S&H and will not be returned.

Actually it states upfront $12.95 S&H, with free trial period of 30 days.
