wallpaper borders - Complaint
I order wallpaper border from USA Wallpaper. there was a long wait before I could get it so I canceled and asked for my money to be returned to Paypal and then my mastercard. that was 5 months ago. I wrote to usa 8 times and then I wrote Paypal 5 times and then GM family card /Mastercard and no one will help me. I disputed this problem with both Mastercard and paypal. all I keep getting are form letters from both places. I don't want to give up because I think a lot of people would get tired of fighting and quit.

I'm sorry, but at 5 months, your ability to contest a credit card charge is long gone.

what do the letters say and why didn't you contest the billing earlier?
