EliteXtreme Complaint - Do not buy from EliteXtreme - cell phone battery
cell phone battery - Complaint
I placed an order for a battery for my cell phone on 8/6/2009
They claim items are shipped within 3 days.
It is now 12 days after I placed my order and nothing has arrived, so I called the company, they are located in Casselberry Florida. I was told by Britney they do not have the battery in stock and that I will have to wait another week, I told her I needed the battery as soon as possible and to cancel the order, I couldn't wait another 10 days. Then I am told that they will issue a refund in 15 days and this answer immediately raised flags. I Google for this company and I found many complaints and it seems they are running a scam. I have filed a complaint with PayPal I hope I get my money back.
They are quick to get your money and sell you something they do not stock, but when it comes to refund they are very slow.
