Bookinhotels Complaint - Lost money on cancelled hotel bookings - Hotel booking
Complaint
The same experience as everybody.... booked rooms in Berlin, paid up front, got a mail cancelling the room with a commitment to refund the payment. Nothing is ever returned, despite several calls and mails. Almost 300 EUR down the drain.... NEVER use this fraud company !!

Yikes, that is awful! Have you contacted your credit card company? They might be able to cancel the charge.
