Nationwide Corporation Complaint - Accident over a year ago

I assume you meant "chiropractor." Is Nationwide your insurance company? Have you complied with them, filled out the forms necessary to process your claim? Have you had previous chiropractic visits?
Are you still treating? Lots of unanswered questions.
If you've done what you are supposed to do and aren't trying to pull a fast one, contact your state Dept of Insurance. All insurance companies are required to comply with DOI regulations, or they could be hit with some heavy fines.

That they bring up the issue of fault, may indicate they are wanting the other person's insurance company to pay for their injuries. The other person's insurance company would not be their insurer, and hence would have no obligation to pay any of the bills until the issue was settled by settlement or lawsuit. I suggest contacting a personal injury attorney.

You are correct, JR. Even if Nationwide insures the other party, though, if the poster is done receiving treatment and is ready to settle, they need to settle with him/her, usually within 30 days, and if they need more information, they need to tell him/her that. The DOI comes down on third-party insurers, too. An attorney will take your case and a third of your money.
