ORANGE, CALIFORNIA -- In early August 2009, I requested estimate on my BBQ. A tech by the name of Steven said that it would cost $400+. I gave the approval along with my $65 check for the estimate fee.

After a couple of phone calls to them regarding repaid scheduling status (parts were described as being on "backorder") I come to find out that they lost my order in mid-October 2009. WHAT?!?? They lost my order and didn't even allow me to get my $65 estimate fee back. They said that they will submit a NEW order of service. I couldn't believe it. Their customer service was of no doubt substandard. I was very skeptical even with the tech guy because he barely spoke English, but my trusting ways gave him the benefit of doubt.

I would advise nobody to use this repair company. After review through my3cents, I find, with no surprise, that there is no Smith in Smith Brothers...also this Dmitri owner name is also fake. I will seek other websites to blemish this company because they wasted 3 months of my life. Please pass the word along...
