First of all, about a year ago, when we first got Tracphones, the service, the phones etc. all worked as promised.
But now? What a nightmare! Today, for example, I tried 175 times to add purchased minutes to my daughters phone. Then I made four calls, trying to add the minutes through a bot (FAIL) and three non-English speaking human bots.
The final one told me to go online and tried. (been there, done that-the web site NEVER works-allegedly every time I've tried to use it it is "undergoing maintenance". Now I've been told that her minutes will be added w/in two weeks. WHAT?
Last month we upgraded the phones-all have bad batteries which go dead in about two hours.
Relief from the company? Nope. A roto e mail, and massive amounts of spam from selling my information.
