Trans World Airlines Complaint - Poor Customer Sevice at check in in Miami International

MIAMI, FLORIDA -- I already have written a letter to your customer service about this subject. However one of the agents-Wilches- was extremely rude and playing from a high-horse attitude. Made the experience of check-in rather embarrassing for my wife and I. Wilches could not find my reservation number (loc 777Z68) nor did he made an attempt to help. I had to call you 800 service and the loc# was found . Wilches reluctanly issued the e-tickett, did not apologize and he told my wife that she could not travel because she was pregnant ( she was not traveling with me , rather seeing me to M.I.A.
I would have lost a large amount of money if I was to loose that flight ( it was a bussiness trip worth 50k to me) It was a very sour experience.
Also I am traveling on the 5th of August once again to Maui from Miami, this time with my wife, I dread the initial service in Miami.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
Increase the level of service at Miami check in.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident.
