I bought a Dell Computer a few years back which I am still paying for I have never missed a payment once as the money is taken out of my bank every month on time around a month ago I had call Dell up because there was a problem with my system the plug was faulty seeing as my Warranty was over I bought a new one alone with a new plug a few weeks after that my whole system had to be sent in to be fixed.

Just days after I had sent my system in to Dell I began to receive calls from Dell Financial Services where right away they would ask for me by name then ask for my address saying that I had more then one account with them and that I had over due payments with them which I only have one account with them.

Then when I gave them the info they went on to my account and began to tell me that they where very sorry that there must be a mix up and that they will leave a note on my account for them to fix the problem only the calls have not stop it's the same thing every time they have even started to call over 10 times a day. The services I have received from this company is the most Appalling ever that I have had to deal with I will never deal with DELL again.
