I have been waiting, inpatiently, for 36 days for Net 10 or TracPhone to send me a SIMS card so I can use my Net 10 pre-paid cell phone. I have talked to many people, numerous times about my problem. I know I can go out and purchase another pre-paid cell phone, but they should not be allowed to get away with this. It is not the money, although I don't have much, it is about the principle. A business should back their products.
