There is this lady here who is very impolite and unfriendly. She thinks she's the queen. Says to people that she is very picky about getting the pickup refilled. If a person doesn't refill, you just bill the pro rated
price.
This location did not give me a clean pickup. It had animal hairs all over the place. guess that's normal for all
UHAUL vehicles.
Then I had to return my truck 20 minutes late for a valid reason. got billed extra for it. my second bad experience with UHAUL Calgary. I will be staying away from UHAUL from now onwards.
