DAVID GRIFFARD OF ALLSTATE OF HARKER HIGHTS/I COULDNT MAKE MY PAYMENTS FOR MY HOME OR CARS /HE SAID MAKE ACLAIM BURN IT AND LETT THEM PAY YOU /WELL WHAT PERSON WOULD TELL THE CUSTOMER THIS KIND OF ADVICE. HE SAID HE DID HE CLAIMED THEY GOT ROBBED FOR COMPUTERS AND GOT $40.000.00 FROM ALLSTATE IS THIS FAIR OR LEGAL?????

I think that the OP is saying that the Allstate agent told him to commit fraud when the OP couldn't pay their home or car insurance by burning the house and car and submiting a claim.

I'm not to sure that I beleive this one.....

If I were your Allstate agent, I'd be pretty upset having my name posted on the Internet, along with a claim that I advised you to commit fraud and even fraudently received $40k. Hope you can prove your allegations.

Don't insult SGT's IQ, he is having a hard enough time spelling words such as "lett" "insurence"
and "Hights". "....file "aclaim?"
