I didn't mind the fact that Washington Mutual was being purchased by JPMorgan Chase. Wamu had no problems, maybe a few angry lady tellers, but otherwise, not a problem. Recently (today), my husband dealt with an angry older lady that is quite rude who had told him that our address was in Colorado (this was an OLD address more than 6 years ago).

We live in California!! And how they go and change this address without notice, beyond me! Now I have to face putting all sorts of fraud alerts through credit bureaus, also change accounts, even leaving this bank! I am going to first off walk in there and explain to them that I am unhappy with what has happened...the list can go on. And what they need to do to fix everything themselves, or they mind as well go down the drain! Sorry for all the rude comments, but I'm sure most of you feel the same!
