I decided that I would trade my smaller motorcycle for a car of the same year. Besides, we need 2 vehicles AND it does snow in Colorado every 3 or so years. The plates for my motorcycle cost me $164.19 5 months ago. The plates for my new vehicle cost me $70.05. When I asked why they cost so much since all I did was exchange a vehicle AND had to pay for emissions, she responded that my motorcycle plates only had $3.05 left on them.
LMAO - so I asked where the rest of it went and she tells me that the first 30 days is 97% usage and if I needed more credit, I should of purchased the other vehicle within those 30 days. It's highway robbery I tell you. I can't really complain to anyone as it's a state agency but seriously, that sucks. Just my$3.05cents - Mario
