DHL courier - holy crap - the worst customer support ever and the worst online web site ever. Tried to get an estimate for a pickup and shipment and whammo - I have just committed to a very expensive shipment. I call to cancel because I can't find a way to cancel using the site. They said they would look into it..

They call back 3 days later saying they can't cancel and that I would need to cancel using the site and for me to call tech support instead. Called tech support and they tell me I can't use the site to cancel a past pickup request. Call Customer Support but they say I can't use their service and transfer me to Billing and Accounts. They tell me they can't do a thing. The best I could do is have them ensure me that if I hide my package, they can't possibly charge me for a pickup that they can't do. Yeesh
