I was just unfortunate to have my first encounter with Wachovia, I am not a customer and NEVER will be a customer of wachovia. They called My phone number to talk to someone at this address who I guess is a customer. The caller was rude and abusive to me when I asked her what the call was pertaining to, not knowing who Wachovia was I had no idea, and it is normal and proper to ask.

But Wachovia doesn't think so I called them to complain about the persons behavior and the Supervisor I was connected to seeemed told me he heard the call and did not find anything wrong with the caller's behavior. I think this plainly describes that it is Wachovia's POLICY to treat people this way and from what I have seen in the last hour or so searching online, I'd say the evidence is quit damning against them. Do NOT do Business with Wachovia
