So, we ordered a landline
phone in our brand new house.
Verizon comes out...lays the line across the dirt...wraps it around the electrical meter...mounts the interface box and rolls out. They never installed any kind of line inside the house. So now I have new
service without any type of dial tone. I opened a repair ticket...they closed it and still have not fixed the problem. I was on the phone for over 1 1/2 hours with this freakin idiots. I believe we are cancelling
all services with them and going to another provider. I'm even getting rid of my VZWireless service.
Verizon has, hands down, the worst
customer service. I thought
Comcast was bad....well, Verizon makes them look like all-stars!
