I have been a good customer always made full payment on time ALWAYS!! My husband and I moved and had been out of our apartment for three months and thought all was good ... they never sent us a letter or "final payment" letter stating we owed them $100.00. Next thing I know we get a collection call and a letter from them stating it has been sent to collections. WHAT??!!! FOR $100.00 TO COLLECTIONS FOR NEVER BEING LAST OR MISSED WHAT A [snip] JOKE!!! I called their INCOMPETENT, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, they said there is nothing they can do they said look at the bright side it has only been in collections for three days!!!

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN EVER!!!!! Way to treat your customers ... bravo... way to go.
