Incompetent phone service - on line balance review

I could not sign on to my Capital One account and made the mistake of calling the number listed on the back of the card...
After MANY abortive attempts to reactivate the card using current and new passwords which took over an hour and a half on the phone to India, only to be transferred to a gentleman in Texas who fixed the problem in ten minutes...
The Capital One customer sight absolutely "blows"...

The Indian offices are virtually worthless!
