The condo is advertised as a two bedroom, two bath condo. IT IT NOT AS DESCRIBED. The entrance door was on the middle level of the 3 level condo. We went inside and found the den and kitchen. Upstairs we found the master bedroom and bathroom. Looking all around we could not find the second bedroom.

We went back down stairs to see if we missed it but still could not find it. We walked out on the front deck and the neighbor said “I guess you are wondering where the second bedroom is”. We said yes and she said it is down stairs in the converted storage area and you have to use the other key to get in because the only way to access it is through its own front door. IT IS NOT CONNECTED TO THE REST OF THE COMDO AT ALL _ TOTALLY SEPERATE. She said many other people found this out upon arrival and were not happy. We unlocked the sliding glass door and went into the room. There was a bunk bed with bare mattresses on it, a TV and the second bathroom. I searched in all the closets and storage areas downstairs and could not find any linens for the bunk beds.

I called the owner and he said it was as described and refused a refund. We have tried several aveneues to resolve this but the owner has been completely uncooperative or provided no response at all.
