A block of 30 rooms was reserved for our school to play in the state volleyball tourney. 15 Of those rooms were paid for by one of the parents for the team to stay in. I called and reserved one of them and got a separate confirmation #. Needless to say they only set aside the 15 rooms paid for the team. All the parents then had to find other hotels at the last minute. We ended up staying at another hotel for an additional 50.00.

I gave the manager the opportunity to pay the difference with no hard feelings. He declined. I guess there is no honor at days inn hotels.
