Woe, Woe, Woe, is me! I am currently in the same position as just about everyone else on here. Did not expect such junk that was delivered two months ago. Everything I bought was well-made and felt comfortable at the showroom. Did not know they are self-owned. The Orchard Park, N. Y. manager's selling point was that they make their own furniture.

I really thought that it would be American made. Quality is more like 3rd world poor countries lacking skills and materials made it. After reading all these complaints, I see I'm not alone. I can only wait and see IF they make good on this and IF its settled BEFORE the one year protection I purchased is over. Seeing as these same problems are happening in so many different states without any satisfactory results, it seems something more has to be done to quell their tactics. We'll see where it goes from here. Here's hoping.
