My son cancelled his
Sprint account due to many problems and they wouldn't help out at all. Today(approx) a week later he receives a collection agency alert letter. I never heard or seen a letter like this before. He paid his Oct bill the his phone was shut off due to non payment even though his account clearly showed a credit. They made a mistake and wouldn't admit. He paid his bill on time every month. I don't get how they can just start collection proceedings so fast.
