Expo Motor Cars Complaint - Resolved!

EXPO and SPYKER Houston are FRAUDS and CHEATS - 2006 Audi A4

Resolution Update on 11/09/2009:
I met the GM. He was professional and we settled the issue in an amicable manner.

11 days after buying a car, the transmision catastrophically fails on the highway.

I go to Expo and they make a whole bunch of promises to me about the extended warranty they sold to me, saying I should not worry and they will take care of it (this is the salesman named Donald). A week later and they have become rude, unhelpful and say they won't help me and the warranty comapny won't pay.

Turns out they have no clout, no reputation and all their 'we can make them bend backwards for us' is all crap.

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and suggest everyone who has had an issue with Spyker of Houston (Expo) do the same. I have also contacted Spyker representatives all over the world and I plan to follow up after gathering more information from some more others who have had issues.

I am not going to let these guys go until I am satisfied, so if you would like to also get back at them, join me.

In my state you have 30 days to return a vehicle (used or new) under the "lemon law". You may want to check into if TX has that kind of law.

Good for you! Next time, buy a Honda or Toyota. You won't have to worry about your trannie for about 150,000 miles. :)
