WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CARSMART!!!!

First, I was overcharged for a timing belt, but I resorted to doing business with them because it was the closest shop to tow my car.

Secondly, the supposedly "new" timing belt broke off after ONE 20 mile drive to work the next day.

I immediately called them and they "offered" a so-called "complimentary" tow-truck to their shop and a "complimentary" car rental to go to work as they worked on my car the next day.

This "quality customer service" of a tow-truck and car rental paid by them was supposedly to make up for my inconvenience and part of their quality guarantee. Gee, how nice of them...UNTIL

Thirdly, THE KICKER? They told me that the timing belt came off because of a bad water pump and therefore not part of the belt warranty. So, I would have to pay for ANOTHER belt AND the tow truck AND rental car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So much for the complimentary quality customer care! WHAT LIARS AND CHEATS!
