This company sells to consumers their ability to make dreams comer true; however, they are great at killing dreams as well. Young people go to work there thinking it is the ideal company to work for only to realize that the way they are treated is less than dream like. They actually discourage these young people from reporting injuries because they it will count against them.

Rather than educating their work force with regard to safey, they intimidate them so they won't report. And if they do have an injury, the first aid department tells them to go to their own doctor. This is only the tip of their poor practices. If your kid wants to work for them....discourage it. The Family Dreams they're selling are done so by abusing their employees.
