I had nothing wrong with may Whirlpool duet team. The problems others have mention can fix by leaving the door open on the washer after use. ALL front loader washer built up mold if left closed. I owned my pair for 2 years now, and no major issues. The settings and problems can be adjusted to you're liking. So, then cloths will come out dry. All new dryers need to be programmed to you're liking or you will end up with damp cloths. I read my manuals before the use of my products.
