CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- I have tried several times to schedule an online automatic payment, I could not get any help from customer service link. All I was promted through recording that did not have the option I needed and there was no way to speak to any rep-system don't allow live person--worst system. They even charge for making one time payment and I wanted to make regular and auto payment set up. Their customer service waiting time is 1 hour 10 minutes (on 11/12/09 Thursday 9.50 am at Chicago time--rep Cherryl refused to give ID number). I wanted to pay money, and, only company they don't have a person that could quickly take it, say within a reasonably 5 minutes wait time to accept it. The collection department need improvement and website should be updated to really help auto set up to get fast money.
