I was thinking of switching my local and long distance telephone service to IDT, but after calling their
customer service telephone number in order to ask some questions about their $39.95 unlimited local and long distance telephone service, I have decided to keep my service with my current company.
The customer service representative who I spoke to was very unprofessional.
This retard was unable to answer any of my questions, and when I asked to speak to someone else who could answer my questions, she became very belligerent. I told her that if her lack of courtesy and professionalism was any indication of how IDT Corporation is run, then I will stick with my current telephone company. She then said to me: "I don't care what you do. Stay with
Verizon and continue to get ripped off..." I told her to learn some courtesy, respect, and class and I promptly hung up the phone on her.
I'm glad that I found out what kind of company IDT is before I switched my telephone service and found out the hard way!!!
