Been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I have never missed a payment or even been late. They lowered my credit limit, which in this economy was somewhat expected. Went over the credit limit (barely) and was immediately sent an letter stating that my APR was increasing to 30%!!!! I called to argue my case and their
customer service representative basically read from a script and gave me zero options. So much for customer loyalty. I am canceling all my accounts with Chase.
