ASHLAND, KENTUCKY -- I ordered a Magnetic Bracelet from this company on February 24, 2003. My check was cashed.

After not receiving my bracelet, I wrote to them, and also sent a copy of my check, plus the back of the check where it was cashed. They told me that the bracelet would be sent within "10 days" of the date that I e-mailed them. To this date, I have never received the bracelet, nore heard from them again.

A very poor company to deal with.

Wow. It's been along time since I have seena complaint against JD Marvel here. They use to get 2 or 3 compaints a week here.

Considering the complaints I used to see on this company, I'm surprised they're still in business.

JD Marvel Products, Inc. changed their name and subsequently went out of business. Until their recent bankruptcy, the company once known ad "JD Marvel Products, Inc." was operating under the name "US Mail Order Exchange" in the United States and "CDN Mail Order Exchange" in Canada!!!
