CTI (Collection Agency) Complaint - Communications - account

This is a review of CTI. Collectors Training Institute of Illinois. P.O. Box 4733 Chicago, IL. 60680. The way this company is ran is extremely unprofessional and incompetent. Every time you call in they have no record of your previous discussions and they are very rude. I called in with proof of a payment made and proof that my bank paid it. They showed that they had not received the information from my bank even after my bank sent me a copy of the information sent to CTI. They were not willing to listen that I had a copy too that I could send them. CTI lost the info from my bank or never applied it to my account. The manager's name that I spoke with is Melvin Taylor. This guy is an ---hole and if anyone knows of how to get in touch with his boss, please e-mail me at JALoller@aol.com. Thank You.
