Century link Complaint - Stay away from Century Link - internet service
internet service - Complaint
NORTH CAROLINA -- I recently signed up for internet service and was told over the phone what my charges would be. After getting my bill they are no were close to what I was told with all the add on charges the amount almost doubled and there people really don't care and don't want to hear it they probably get it from everybody that signs up. I have 10 more months of getting ripped off and then I will never deal with them again Stay away from Century Link

I have had their service for 5 years and never 1 problem.

Century Link has a 30 day guarantee to cancel the agreement if you are not happy. Were you not aware of this?
