Please be aware of cheapcaribbean. Com they have bad customer service and they are ready to rip you off and take you for a ride.
I purshed a 7 day hotel packages in punta cana, 2 adults -2 kids for April 23-30-2010. We had a emergency situation, the trip had to be change back for the 16-23 of April 2010.
They gave us new prices over 1000 dollars extra I didn't like their hotel rates offers and I told them to give me the money back and take whatever penalties were; so I asked for a supervisor to explain what was going on I was put on hold and never got serviced. I waited for help more than an hour.
I spook with more than 4 operators I felt like they were ignoring me, never got the help. Actually I was threatened to give more money back to them or else I would loose all of my money.
My advise to all of you stay away from cheap caribbean. Com before you loose youre money.
