ILLINOIS -- Kemper has struck fear into a whole neighborhood. Multiple homeowners in the neighborhood have changed insurance firms after watching what they have done to their neighbor. Stalls insurance claims, Pay 2 months late for living expenses after a home fire destroys a home. This has gone on for months. Nine Months! Late fees is one of the inflictions Kemper has put on a family that a home is destroyed. Simply BEWARE!
