Well first of all I never had a problem w this company.. every time I called the people on the other end of the phone were nothing short of polite.. even the ones that didn't speak English very well seemed to me to be polite and trying to help me.. my problem is that my son went from a county jail to a prison and his phone service changed.. I ACCIDENTALLY put money on correctional billing services when I should have added money to an account with a different company.. when I realized my mistake I called back right away and asked for a refund.. that was a month ago and as of yet I haven't received my $28.00. its my $28.00 abd I want it back.. I don't see where it should take this long to refund it.. thats why I logged on to find the phone number for correctional billing services and for some reason the website is down and I can't find the phone number.. the problem I have now is this supervisors review defending his team members.. I'm glad this person is doing it but could you please at least type your response in proper grammer and seem a little more professional than you do?? CAUSE is not a word.. its BECAUSE.. and it makes me wonder if the person of responsibility in charge of this team answering the phones and handling my money and credit card information has an education.. I would like my money back and I would like a phone number I can call to try and get my money back.. I don't appreciate the website being down.. and please.. if you reply.. do so in a professional manner.. thank you..
