Roomba 500 - Complaint
Do not buy this product. My machine died after 2 yrs. of minimal use (once every 2 weeks). According to customer service agent, the cause of failure is due to minimal use. She recommends that the machine needs to be used at least twice a week. If the machine is used less frequent, we are to fully charged the machine, remove the battery and store the battery and the machine separately in a cool place.
This seems to be a lot of work for something that should make our life easier.

We had a couple of these we used to self maintain a retail store. Neither worked all that well and one was dead within a month or so. i guess maximum use didn't suit it either. Way too expensive for the quality and reliability.
