LAKE MARY -- Ad promised prepaid gratuities plus onboard credit for concierge class bookings so I decided to go for the upgrade for our anniversary cruise. When I got the confirmation it had suddenly changed to onboard credit OR prepaid gratuities. Of course the offer is still there but the gave me only a $140 credit and prepaid gratuities are $168.
Of course there is no way to prove it unless you print every single web page and record all phone conversations. Their "customer service" people are definitely no help. They flatly deny that the offer was available for our cruise.
