Hampton Inn & Suites Complaint - Rude Employees Verbally Harassed
Complaint
FAYETTEVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA -- I am a often guest for Hampton Inn in Fayetteville North Carolina. I visit at least once a week out of a month and Hampton Inn is the only place I stay. My last vist changed that! I never think that I can be a guest there again. One of your employees was very rude and made me not feel welcome. I remeber her by name because I asked her she said her name was xavia I do not recall the last name. I asked her a simple question about speaking to the manager an she said why!! In a loud mean voice. Then I asked her again to speak to the manager and she rolled her eyes at me and mumbled I hate dumb white people as she walked away. I was confused and hurt she came back and told me he aint here I said well can you help with a question she told me no an said to ask someone else. I imedately got my luggage an walked out.. This is just a sad thing that happened to me an I think justice should be served.

ummm im confused. I find it hard to believe she would be acting so harshly without some kind of reasoning. What was your question to her???

Well, the first question that I can think of is why were you asking to see a manager? Was it in responce to something this employee had done? Another problem?

Without ever reading any of the posts above, I came away with the same question. Somehow I don't think the entire picture is being given.
