JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA -- I have not had good customer service from Audi in Jacksonville Fl. Audi has no concern for their customers when their f-d up cars have problems. They should jump throug hoops to ensure these cars have a good reputation but they don't care once their off the lot. I have no faith in Audi and should have never given up my BMW. I traded a 2002 325CI for a 2009 A5S. My BM had 94000 miles and never a hiccup, was still looking good and running strong but I had to have the A5...big mistake. Stereo rattles and exhaust problems at only 15000 miles. Two trips to get the stereo problem solved and now they want me to take two trips for the exhaust problem. No way a-holes. Replacing the exhaust with an aftermarket for reliability. SO DISAPPOINTED IN AUDI....BUY A BMW. They also lied about providing pickup service. Audi is not trustworthy for such a prestigious driving machine.
