Roommate help finder - Complaint
I signed up for Roomster & paid the $15 for 2 weeks of service cause it looked like a good site... Well out of the 50 some people that were matched up with me of potential rrommates I could not get ahold of any of them not 1!!!! I emailed out messages & no one even viewed my profile!! This site is a rip off I even emailed the help on the site & they said this is normal... What ever this company should be out of business for stealing peoples money... Sign up at your own dumb risk... :(

What do those fees cover? Do they offer any other type of service like background checks before allowing people to get on their list? Did you have to get a background check before allowing you to post as someone searching for a roommate?
