FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA -- I usually don't put non positive comments, but I had the worst customer service experience ever. According to the lady I spoke to, who didn't even bother to provide her name, the product was shipped to me and left at the mail box which is out on the street. And I never got it.
She did not even try to make it sound that she is sorry that I didn't get chance to try the product out, instead she just went ahead and canceled the account, said that it will not be shipped out again and hang up on me.
So much for good customer service.
