DUMFRIES, VIRGINIA -- I would like to take a moment to let whomever know that my experience with the people at Global Select Auto was outstanding. In a world where customer service is a lost art, it was very refreshing to work with people where the customer service was AWESOME. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and associates. I felt like the only person in the dealership as they paid close attention to me and my needs. Mr. Alex really did a very good job of educating me on the a to z of purchasing a car. He was very truthful and that was utmost important to me. He did not tell me what I wanted to hear but what I needed to hear which eventually turned in me getting what I needed, a nice car. The whole staff were very knowledgeable and very comforting. I, believe it or not, enjoyed this experience I had with purchasing my new vehicle. In the past, my experiences with dealership were not so good but Global Select Auto has given me hope that customer service is important, necessary, and alive. I am very appreciative to this group and will tell anyone who would listen. My prayer is that they never stop doing what they are doing and in the manner they are doing it. Mr. Alex you are awesome and you have an awesome team!!! I wish nothing but success to you all.
