In janurary 2005 I recieved a phone call on my cell phone from UMG (telemarketer) fast talker wouldnt let me get a word in edge wise. Told him repeatedly I was not interested. In February and March they took payments of 11.99 x 4 out of my BANK ACCOUNT.
Which I had not authorized or given the number to.

I called today March, 31, 2005. They are supposedly crediting my bank account 4 payments of 11.99.

UPDATE - 5/11/2009 -
I have received many emails on this matter and I should have edited this entry sooner but yes I did receive all of my money back after arguing with them. I hope all of the rest of you that have been scammed will receive the same.
